Philadelphia Police 26th District data shows Part One offenses rose 17.54% in the latest 28-day comparison period, driven by property crime. Violent crime was unchanged, and year-to-date totals remain below 2025.

Philadelphia Police 26th District data shows Part One offenses rose in the latest 28-day comparison period, from 285 offenses in the May 27 to June 23 window to 335 offenses in the June 24 to July 21 window.
Property crime drove the increase, rising from 237 to 287 offenses, a 21.10% increase. Violent crime was unchanged at 48 offenses in both 28-day periods.
The year-to-date picture is different: total Part One offenses were 1,793 through July 21, 2026, compared with 2,008 at the same point in 2025, down 10.71%.
